5 biji kentang ( buang kulit belah 4)<br />
3 labu bawang besar (dihiris)<br />
3 ulas bawang putih( yg besar ya, dihiris)<br />
Sedikit lada sulah<br />
Sedikit lada hitam<br />
2 kiub ikan bilis<br />
2 sudu marjerin/mentega<br />
Susu segar 1/2 kotak (kotak besar)<br />
<br />
Caranya:<br />
Masuk marjerin dlm periuk. Tumiskan bawang besar & bawang putih hingga lembut. Masukkan lada hitam & lada sulah.<br />
<br />
Masukkan kentang dan masukkan air , agak2 melebihi isi kentang. Masukkan kiub ikan bilis. Rebus & Tunggu hingga kentang masak. Angkat dan sejukkan dlm bekas/besen.<br />
<br />
Bila dah agak sejuk, masuk dlm blender dan kisar halus. Masukkan dlm periuk tadi dgn masukkan susu segar. Letak semula atas dapur dan tunggu hingga didih dgn dikacau perlahan. Tambah garam jika tidak cukup masin. Bila dah didih, hidangkan dgn roti. Yumm yumm.<br />
P/s jika terlalu pekat tambah air atau susu.<br />

<br />
1. Beras & kacang rebus hingga kembang<br />
2.Tumis bhn2 yg dimayang & ditumbuk...bila kekuningan masuk rempah.<br />
2. Masak hingga pecah minyak.<br />
3. Masukkan nasi & kacang hijau.<br />
4. Masukkan air 1 jug<br />
5. Bagi didih.<br />
6. Masukkan keledek & daging serta ayam<br />
7. Rebus hingga semua hancur. Kacau jgn berhenti dgn api yg sederhana.<br />
8. Kemudian masuk santan kotak 2 tin kecil.<br />
9. Masukkan jagung & kacang dlm tin serta garam & gula.<br />
10. Masuk kerisek 3 sudu. Kacau sampai likat.<br />

2 plastik tepung beras<br />
13 cawan air suam<br />
Sedikit minyak masak dan berus<br />
loyang kukus<br />
Periuk kukus<br />
<br />
Bancuh tepung beras dengan air suam dalam besen<br />
Kacau sehingga tepung larut dalam air dan dalam keadaan cair<br />
Kemudian sapukan minyak masak dengan berus atau daun pandan pada loyang kukus<br />
Masukkan ke dalam periuk kukus dan masukkan adunan air tepung ke dalamnya sesenduk (pastikan nipis)<br />
Kemudian kukus sehingga masak dan nampak tepung mengggelembung.<br />
Angkat dan sejukkan...<br />
Kalau dapat mesti ada 6 loyang kukus supaya ia senang sejuk dan dibuka daripada loyang<br />
Dan gulung dia . Letak diatas bekas berlapik daun pisang jika ada supaya aromanya wangi.<br />
Cuba dulu satu atau dua loyang utk pastikan ianya masak dan nipis sebelum mengukus yg lain.<br />

Panaskan minyak, masukkan bahan kisar bersama ayam/udang/daging. Tumis sampai berbau wangi tapi jangan sampai airnya kering. Masukkan sedikit tomato, kicap dan gula. Kemudian masukkan mee. Kacau dan perlahankan api. Masukkan sayur sawi, dan akhirnya masukkan tomato dan tauhu. Angkat dan sedia untuk dimakan. Hias dengan cili dan makan bersama telor mata. Kalau suka boleh tabur daun bawang dan daun sop.<br />

sedikit taugeh<br />
sedikit buah tomato<br />
sedikit tauhu (goreng dan dihiris kecil utk hiasan)<br />

sedikit limau nipis /kasturi (jika suka)<br />

CARANYA:<br />

Tumis bawang putih yang ditumbuk sampai sederhana garing.<br />
Masukkan udang/sotong/isi ketam/ayam dan masukkan air.<br />
Masukkan air yg nak dijadikan kuah separuh periuk dan masak sehingga air mendidih.<br />
Masukkan kicap pekat dan kicap masin, sedikit gula dan garam secukup rasa.<br />
Masukkan tepung jagung yg dikacau dengan sedikit air bagi memastikan kuah pekat.<br />

200 ml susu segar<br />
70 rgm butter<br />
70 grm tepung gandum<br />
70 grm caster sugar<br />
4 biji telur gred A<br />
beberapa titik esen vanilla<br />

ptg/siat kecil2 slice cheese dan campurkan dengan susu segar dan masak di atas api perlahan sehingga cheese cair.pastikan kacau sentiasa.<br />
selepas itu, masukkan butter dan kacau sehingga butter larut.<br />
tutup api dan sejukkan sebentar.<br />
Asingkan putih dan merah telur....pukul putih telur bersama gula sehingga menjadi meringue (pekat).<br />
Dalam bekas lain....pukul kkuning telur sehingga kembang dan masukkan tepung sedikit demi sedikit..pukul sehingga adunan tidak berketul2.<br />
Masukkan campuran cheese, susu dan butter...kacau sebati.<br />
Akhir sekali masukkan adunan putih telur dengan kaedah kaup balik dan vanilla.<br />

<b>Ingredients:</b><br />

8 large Prawns, cleaned<br />
<br />
2 tablespoon Butter, soften<br />
<br />
5 tablespoon Grated Parmesan Cheese<br />
1/2 tablespoon grated Garlic<br />
<br />
2 teaspoon Coriander stem, chopped<br />
A pinch of salt<br />
<br />
A dash of pepper (optional - you wouldn't need it if your prawns are fresh)<br />
<br />
How to do it:<br />
Preheat oven to 170C.<br />
Mix all ingredients except prawns together and set aside.<br />
<br />
Trim off the legs, antenna and the sharp thingy (whatever you call that) on the head off the prawns. :P<br />
<br />
Slit the back of prawns, using either a kitchen scissor or knife.<br />
<br />
Skew the prawn if you want the prawn to be 'straight'.<br />
Stuff the slit back with the butter mixture.<br />
Top with extra Parmesan cheese if you like.<br />
<br />
Grilled till prawns are cooked and the stuffing is slightly brown.<br />
Serve immediately.<br />
